This can be a number of different aims, from progressing their career internally; going the extra mile for our customers; or enabling staff to work in venues all over the UK.
We have an excellent staff retention rate; 35% of our Venue Managers have been with us for over nine years, with 68% of our General Managers having been promoted from within the business, and 92% of Deputy and Assistant Managers.
