Please help us by arriving on time and letting the host on the door know as soon as you arrive. Your allocated masterclass times cannot be changed and as such any lateness may result in the class being shortened to fit within the remaining allocated time.

• Deposits are non refundable if you cancel your booking or simply don’t arrive on the day of the booking. Should you need to cancel, please contact us to discuss. If we need to cancel, based on government guidelines, we will contact you.
• We do not guarantee any specific areas/tables, however we do our best to accommodate your preferred area/table requests and the management reserves the right to reallocate areas subject to availability
